We are committed to operating as safely and as normally as possible through these trying times. With the situation ever changing we will provide updates on our current situation on this site.
The factory is producing and dispatching Plantation Shutters at the moment, and can provide a proposed delivery date.
Currently we are unable to provide a date for the delivery of blinds, as the factory is closed for the moment.
We will quote an estimated installation date for our products when we provide you with a quote, these are obviously subject to changes depending on the updates, guidance and best practices from the NHS and UK Government. We will provide you with updates when you can expect your shutters or blinds from us via email. Please be rest assured we will be fitting them for you as quickly as we possibly can, but at the same time respecting the safety of all.
We are mainly working remotely from home. We can however still provide you with quotes at this time without visiting your property, and in some situations if the fitting of your shutters is possible at your property by following the safe distancing policies, we will still be able to do so, or keep your shutters at our depot until it is safe to do so.
While the environment around us is uncertain, we are doing our best to maintain a safe method of working, and would like to thank all our past and future customers for their support and understanding.
