Blogs are usually about new products and services, or the pro’s and con’s of one product over another. Today however, excuse us if we ‘blow our own trumpet’ so to speak.

Often we will supply and install shutters and blinds in a couple of rooms and then a few weeks/months later, (several occasions on the day of installation)  we are asked to supply and fit more shutters or blinds in other rooms. Several of our customers have had us return 3 or 4 times gradually working our way through their home.

A lot of our work comes from referrals from happy customers who love to talk about the new shutters or blinds they have had installed, and often the referral we receive is a family member of theirs.

The reason for this blog is that this month we have received an order from the 3rd generation of a family who we initially fitted shutters for years ago when we first started in business. This is a proud moment for us at Charles Faraday because it means that we must be doing something right.

We take it as a testament to the level of service we offer being a family run business of long standing that believes customer service and satisfaction is paramount. Yes we love the feedback on Google and Trustpilot, even the few negative reviews, as these help us to see where we can improve and why we need to maintain our level of service, but when it filters through 3 generations we feel it is noteworthy.

We believe that we have a good reputation partly because during the decision and sale process we endeavor to manage your expectations as best possible because we want you to be happy not only with the service, but also the shutters or blinds that we install for you. We try to understand what product will deliver the best solution to fit your needs.
