Here at Charles Faraday Shutters and Blinds we are working against this coronavirus pandemic for the safety of our staff and our customers, taking all the necessary steps possible to beat this pandemic.

What we will do.

We will sanitise our hands as we exit our vehicle upon arrival at your property.

We are equipped with PPE face masks, visors, disposable gloves, overshoes etc.

We will happily provide you with a mask and disposable gloves if you require one.

We will ask that we remain in excess of 2 m apart during our visit to your home or offices whether we are carrying out a survey or an installation of your blinds or shutters.

We will sanitise our hands along with the product samples you handle before we leave so as to protect ourselves and the following client.

What we ask of you.

Please sanitise your hands when we arrive.

When we enter your property please step back from the door and let us enter, we will close (and lock it only if you ask us to) the door behind us.

Cancel any appointments if you or any members of your household have any feelings of sore throat, cough, high temperature, loss of smell or taste, etc.

Wear a face mask when we arrive if you are able to do so.

Remain 2 m away from us.

Handle our products only if absolutely necessary.

Please do not be offended if we remind you to maintain your distance or to work with us with any of the above protective measures.

We look forward to receiving appointments from you, and you can be assured of our high level of service not only in the way we install your shutters and blinds but also in the way we attempt to beat this virus.
